Shipping Policy

At Luxe Junky, the security of our clients and the protection of high-value luxury goods are our highest priorities. Due to the collectible and high-value nature of the items sold through Luxe Junky, all shipments are subject to the following shipping and delivery requirements.


Authorized Delivery Locations Only

To help prevent fraud, theft, package interception, and unauthorized receipt, Luxe Junky ships orders exclusively through secure carrier hold-for-pickup services.

All orders will be shipped only to:

  • Authorized FedEx Office or FedEx Ship Center locations utilizing “Hold at Location” services; or

  • Authorized UPS Store or UPS Customer Center locations utilizing “Hold for Pickup” services.

Residential delivery addresses, hotel deliveries, freight forwarding addresses, P.O. boxes, mail forwarding services, package lockers, and third-party receiving locations may be refused or canceled at Luxe Junky’s sole discretion.


Identification Required for Pickup

To receive or collect a shipment, the purchaser or authorized recipient must present:

  • A valid government-issued photo identification matching the purchaser’s name; and

  • Any additional pickup confirmation or tracking information required by the carrier.

Accepted forms of identification may include:

  • Driver’s license

  • State-issued identification card

  • Passport

  • Military identification

Luxe Junky reserves the right to refuse shipment or cancel any transaction if identity verification concerns arise at any point before delivery.


Shipping & Fraud Prevention Verification

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, Luxe Junky may require additional verification prior to shipment, including but not limited to:

  • Government-issued identification

  • Billing verification

  • Signature confirmation authorization

  • Payment verification

  • Address verification

  • Telephone confirmation

Failure or refusal to provide requested verification information may result in order cancellation at Luxe Junky’s sole discretion.


Risk of Loss & Transfer of Responsibility

Risk of loss and title transfer to the purchaser upon confirmation of pickup or delivery by the shipping carrier.

Once the package has been released by the carrier to an individual presenting identification acceptable to the carrier, Luxe Junky shall have no liability for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the item.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the pickup information provided is accurate and that the designated recipient is authorized to collect the package.


Carrier Delays & Availability

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Luxe Junky shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Operational interruptions

  • Holidays

  • Security holds

  • Customs processing

  • Acts outside of Luxe Junky’s control

Carrier hold periods and pickup requirements are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary by location.


Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments

Any package that is refused, unclaimed, returned, or undeliverable due to customer error, failure to provide identification, or failure to retrieve the shipment within the carrier’s designated hold period may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees

  • Reshipping fees

  • Insurance fees

  • Carrier return charges

  • Order cancellation at Luxe Junky’s discretion

All original sale terms, including Luxe Junky’s All Sales Final Policy, remain fully enforceable for refused or unclaimed shipments.


Shipping Policy Changes

Luxe Junky reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy terms.
